Terms & Conditions
for Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract
The
contract is limited only to the service and not
the hardware or software application used by the
Customer.Maintenance will be done once in a month.
In case there is a repair call during the month,
Maintenance Will be combined with the repair call.
Goldmine InfoTech Private Limited will not be
responsible for the loss of data’s due to
virus or accidental deletion. Maintenance visits
as well as service calls under the agreement shall
be made during the normal Working hours on weekdays
and 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on Saturdays.The maintenance
charges have to be paid 100% in advance by Cheque,
D.D. favouring “Goldmine InfoTech Private
Limited”.
AMC
- TERMS & CONDITIONS
Goldmine
InfoTech agrees to undertake Preventive and Remedial
Maintenance of Computer systems and Accessories,
as per the enclosed list, at Chennai. The conditions
are as specified hereunder:
This
maintenance agreement is valid for one year and
can be renewed on a yearly basis by way Of a new
contract on mutually agreed forms. Renewal to
be done before expiry of agreement to Avoid any
service break.
The
contract is limited only to the hardware and not
the software applications used by the Customer.
Preventive Maintenance will be done on the equipment
once in a month.
Goldmine
InfoTech reserves the right to charge additional
amount for the calls made by the customer where
No engineer intervention was actually required
to set right that equipment or for virus removal
calls.
Goldmine
InfoTech will not be responsible for the loss
of data due to virus or accidental deletion.
Maintenance
visits as well as service calls under the agreement
shall be made by Goldmine InfoTech during The
normal working hours from Monday to Friday and
9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
This
Contract does not apply to service for damages
due to accident, misuse of computers, Electrical
failures, natural calamities or any other kind
of physical damages.
The
Contract do not include spares like keyboard,
mouse, printer heads, ribbons, cartridges, Toners,
printer knobs, picture tubes, cables, plastic
parts etc., In case of damage to the above Mentioned,
the customer will have to purchase new materials
at the actual cost.
In
case of any replacement of materials, the damaged
materials shall not be returned to the Customer
under any circumstances and shall be retained
by Goldmine Infotech Pvt Ltd
Replacement
of Hard disk shall be given of the same capacity
if available, else the actual cost For the excess
capacity Hard disk replacement has to be beared
by the customer.
No
one else other than people from Goldmine InfoTech
is entitled to manipulate the systems and add-ons.
Goldmine InfoTech Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible
if there is any kind of damage on course of doing
so without our Permission.
Service
Contract or the maintenance charges agreed may
be revised if equipments are shifte
The maintenance charges have to be paid 100% in
advance by cheque/D.D favouring “Goldmine
InfoTech Pvt Ltd ".
